Kenzie Olson - Ideal Protein Wellness Coach

Kenzie Olson is one of our Certified Ideal Protein Wellness Coaches. While she studied Business and English at Saint Martin’s University, she also took many courses relating to food, culture, and the American diet. Her passion for food in relation to culture deepened a few years ago when a doctor introduced her to the Ideal Protein protocol, and the program’s ability to reverse the unfortunate effects of the American diet.

Having completed the protocol for herself, she knows firsthand the results that this program delivers, and all of the overall health benefits that come along with completing the four phases. She is excited to share her passion and knowledge with others, while helping them on their journey to a better, healthier, and more fulfilling life!

Kim Flowers - Ideal Protein Wellness Coach

Kim is a native of Olympia who graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in English in 2001. After working in the field of law enforcement accreditation, Kim became a full-time mom in 2008. However, years of fast-food, sugar addiction, and a sedentary lifestyle finally caught up with her when her scale could no longer register her weight. After struggling to lose the weight on her own, Kim sought the help of Coach Katie and Ideal Protein in October 2015. By August 2016, Kim had lost more than 100 pounds and felt better than ever!

Kim is enthusiastic about sharing this program with anyone who wants to achieve their goals and feel amazing. She believes that Ideal Protein is more than a "diet;" it leads to an overall lifestyle of health.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
